Refund Policy

At Maison M&B, we want you to be happy with your purchase. This policy explains the refund and return conditions.
📦 Eligibility for reimbursement
A refund can only be granted if:
The request must be made within 7 days of receipt.
The product is unused, in perfect condition and in its original packaging.
Proof of purchase is provided
🚫 Non-refundable items
Refunds are not offered in the following cases:
Product used or assembled
Damage caused after delivery
Normal wear and tear of the product
Refusal of delivery without valid reason
📸 Damaged products
If your product arrives damaged:
Contact us within 48 hours of receipt
Send photos of the product and packaging
We will assess the situation to propose a solution (replacement or other).

Return the product according to our instructions
Product inspection
If approved → refund or replacement
💳 Refunds
Approved refunds are processed within 5 to 10 business days.
The refund will be issued via the original payment method.
Delivery charges may not be refundable.
🚚 Return fees
Return shipping costs may be borne by the customer, except in the case of an error on our part.
⚠️ Exceptions
Maison M&B reserves the right to refuse a refund if the conditions are not met.
