📦 Processing times
All orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days following confirmation of your purchase.
🚛 Delivery times
Delivery times vary depending on your location:
Montreal and Laval area: 1 to 3 business days
Other regions of Quebec: 2 to 5 business days
A tracking number or delivery confirmation may be provided as appropriate.
💰 Delivery fees
Free delivery in certain areas (Greater Montreal)
Fees may apply depending on the distance

📍 Areas served
We primarily deliver to Montreal, the South Shore and the North Shore.
For any special requests or deliveries outside the area, please contact us.
🏠 Delivery and pickup
The client must ensure that access is possible (stairs, doors, etc.)
If you are not present at the time of delivery, a new delivery attempt may be charged.
